Project design
Detailed plans and cost breakdowns can be supplied at any stage to support feasibility studies, outline proposals or final schemes as required. Tenders are finalized accordingly to specification or bill quantities provided.
Just-in-time supply
Orders are scheduled with the German factories and appliance suppliers on a "just-in-time" basis to meet deadlines set on site.
Expert installation
Our expert installers comprise the core of our fitting resource. Pre site surveying, health and safety, CSCS, training requirements and toolbox talks all form part of the ongoing attention to this important service.
Fast, efficient on-site nationwide service
Managed by experienced In-toto Contract executives nationwide, contract supply and coordination issues are dealt with at pre-supply stage and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Our customers receive fast, efficient on-site project control via our regional offices, all of whom work on a partnership approach with our developer clients.
